AviatorJob — Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing AviatorJob you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Jobseekers

Applying is free. You confirm that the information you provide — including licences, ratings and hours — is accurate and that you are entitled to share any documents you upload. Misrepresentation may result in removal.

3. Employers

Employers must post genuine vacancies and use applicant data solely for recruitment. Subscription plans (Inhouse, Hybrid, Full-Service) are billed per the agreed terms; access may be suspended for breach or non-payment.

4. AI screening

Optional AI screening provides indicative verification of licences, type ratings and hours. Results are advisory and do not replace an operator's own due diligence.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, scrape data, or upload unlawful or malicious content.

6. Liability

AviatorJob connects jobseekers and operators but is not party to any employment contract and is not liable for hiring decisions or the conduct of either party, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
