For jobseekers: name, contact details, licences, type ratings, flight hours, CV, and application content. For employers: company details and contact information. We also collect technical data such as IP address and usage logs.

3. How we use it

To deliver applications to operators, provide optional AI screening, operate employer and admin portals, communicate with you, and comply with legal obligations. Application data is shared with the specific operator you apply to.

4. Processors

We use trusted processors including our CRM and automation provider (MaxSaaS / GoHighLevel) and cloud storage for documents. Processors act only on our instructions under data-processing agreements.

5. Your rights

6. Retention & security

We retain data only as long as necessary for recruitment purposes or legal requirements. CVs and documents are stored privately with access restricted to authorised personnel and the relevant operator.
