Aviatorjob Recruitment was the brainchild of company owner and Director James Donald: “After obtaining an Honors Degree in Business Management, I was presented with the opportunity to pursue my lifelong ambition to become a pilot.
As such I have spent 17 years in Aviation flying helicopters in a variety of roles, which I still do to this day. Having experienced the difficulties from both perspectives, as someone looking for a job and finding the right person for the job, I understand the frustrations and implications associated with recruiting in the Aviation industry.
As a result, I set about creating a business that prides itself in helping businesses find the right people for the highly skilled jobs that need filled and ensuring that applicants are engaged in a way that gives them the best candidate experience through effective communication, no matter the outcome. Whatever needs to be resolved, I aim help you achieve your goals.”
