Purpose of the Role
The Customer and Infrastructure Process Analyst is responsible for ensuring that the processes meet the business needs, and integrates seamless with the people and technology.
You’ll be responsible for process design and delivery, in collaboration with IT, Operations and other departments involved in the project, ensuring that the product is fit for purpose and will contribute towards the overall strategic direction. Success in this role will underpin the delivery of the organisation’s strategy.
In this role, you will focus on the opportunity to order processes, compliance, and operations, as well as operational excellence and scalability within projects assigned.
As a Business Process Analyst, you’ll perform data analysis and conduct a consistent review of data metrics to guide decision-making and enhancements to support scalability and efficiencies.
The business has defined a strategic direction for the next 5 years, and is implementing multiple large projects that enable the strategy and significantly impact on company performance. A business change programme is underway, much of which is underpinned by enabling technology.
The candidate will be dedicated to some of the key projects in our Madrid Hub.
Work with the accountable project manager and IT project manager to ensure that the product is fit for purpose (against to be business processes)
External as required – Suppliers, Local Authorities, Planning, Customs and regulatory bodies
